By accessing or using AudioClean (audioclean.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service Description
AudioClean provides AI-powered audio and video noise reduction that runs entirely in your web browser. Files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
User Accounts
Some features require a free account via Google or email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Free and Paid Plans
AudioClean offers free and paid subscription plans. Free users get 5 downloads per day. Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Lifetime) provide unlimited downloads and higher file limits. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all files you upload and process. AudioClean does not claim any rights to your content. The AudioClean brand, software, and website content are owned by us.
Prohibited Use
You may not use AudioClean to process content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or contains malware. Automated scraping or abuse of the service is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
AudioClean is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, interruption, or damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AudioClean after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
