Troubleshooting
Processing seems stuck
- Make sure the browser tab is in the foreground
- Try a smaller file first to test
- Close other tabs to free up memory
- Refresh the page and try again
Audio sounds distorted after processing
- Try a lower noise reduction level (Light instead of Aggressive)
- Use a different scene preset that matches your content
- The original recording quality affects the output
File won't upload
- Check that the file format is supported (see table above)
- Ensure the file is under the size limit for your plan
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
Browser shows an error
- Update your browser to the latest version
- AudioClean requires WebAssembly support (available in all modern browsers)
